General
The information collected by and the content located at mp2u.com, motorcycleparts2u.com, motorcycleframes2u.com, motorcyclemotors2u.com, and suzukiframes2u.com, collectively (the "site"), are soley owned and operated by MotorcycleParts2U (the "company").

Privacy Policy
The company does not sell your information. The company does not share your information with any third party except to complete a purchase transaction or to complete the shipping process for any transactions made on the site. The company uses Google Analytics on the site and anonymous aggreggate usage information may be taken for its operation. This information is taken to better increase your experience at the site and to help the company ensure that they are able to provide you with what you are looking for on the site.

Cookies
The company uses cookies to store your shopping information while using the site. If you choose to reject cookies or your browser does not support cookies you may call us to place your order at 702-940-9781. When calling please provide us with the part numbers for the items you wish to purchase. Our part numbers are available on the product page for each item you are interested in purchasing.

Links
The site may contain links to other websites through advertisements or other means available on the site. The company is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites outside of the site. The company recommends that you read the privacy policy for each website you visit and use before submitting any personally identifiable information.

Information Security
The company uses industry standard SSL encryption to secure purchases made on the site and to protect your credentials during any logins to the site. The company uses Godaddy for its SSL certificate which covers the site in its entirety. You may view the site Godaddy secure certificate. If you choose to create an account on the site that stores your personal information, the company uses industry standard practices for database security. You have the option to delete your information stored on the site at any time by logging into your account and choosing the "delete account" option.

Passwords
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the site. The company encourages you to use passwords that use a combination of upper case letters, lower case letters, and numbers with your account.

New OEM Motorcycle Parts
The company sells OEM motorcycle parts that are taken from new motorcycles that have zero miles. The company inspects the parts for damage to match the descriptions available on the site. The photos available for the company's oem motorcycle parts may not be of the exact motorcycle part you receive but will be nearly identical and will match the description available for that part on the site.

Used Motorcycle Parts
The used motorcycle parts sold on the site are cleaned, inspected, and photographed to the best of the ability by the company. The photos available on the site for each used motorcycle part are the actual photos of the motorcycle part for sale. The company finds it best to illustrate the condition of each used motorcycle part with multiple photos. The company takes as many photographs as necessary to describe each part. In very few circumstances the company misses some details but assure you we will work with you to solve any and all issues.

Product Availability
The company's product inventory is constantly growing and revolving. Very rarely the inventory accounting may be off. If such an error ever occurs the company will refund you immediately via the method used to purchase the item on the site. The company always does its best to find a solution for any problems.

Shipping
The company offers free shipping to the continental United States for all items. All items other than nuts & bolts will ship FedEx so we MUST have a physical address and not a P.O. box. Motors are shipped FedEx freight. For purchases made to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, $15.00 (USD) is added to each item. All packages to these locations will ship either USPS or FedEx. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - there is an additional fee which will appear if you scroll the mouse over the "free shipping" icon on each item page. If you order more than one item, shipping for each additional item will be charged at half of the advertised rate. International packages will ship either FedEx or USPS. Login
For your convenience the company offers an option to create an account. We strongly recommend this as it will allow you to log in to your account after the purchase to view all of your account history. If you do not create an account you will not have access to your tracking through the site. The company may store your personal information in a secure database to make your buying experience at the site more convenient. The company does not store your credit card or other financial information on the site.

Promotional Codes
The company may offer you a discount through a promotional code. These codes are NOT case-sensitive and if entered correctly, the discount will be applied to the item total before we process your payment. You will be able to see your applied discount on the payment confirmation page after the order is processed and on your order invoice. Order invoices available through the order summary at your account login.

Communication The company may communicate with you regarding purchases on the site. If you choose to sign up for the company newsletter you may be contacted via email for newsletter delivery. You will have the option to stop receiving emails from the company through the "unsubscribe" option available on every newsletter we send.

Refunds
The company will issue a refund for items purchased from the site within seven days from the date the shipping company shows your package was received. The company will email a shipping label to the email address you used to complete the purchase. To return the item drop the package off at any UPS store. If the return was initiated because the wrong part was sent or it was defective then the entire purchase price will be refunded. If it's an item you decided you no longer want or need you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping expense both ways. In order to receive a refund the item must be in the same condition that it was when we shipped it. For international returns, shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item was sent in error or not as described.

MP2U Photo Page
The company invites you to submit photos of your motorcycle to us (preferably with a girl on it). If you choose to submit your photos to the company, the company shall retain the rights to those photos and may brand those photos with the "MP2U" mark and display it in a photo gallery on the site. All photos should be sent to sales@motorcycleparts2u.com.
